| I’m writing this letter to acknowledge the outstanding service we received from John Hodgson, our real estate agent during the purchase of our new house as well as the sale of our previous home. In this current market, simultaneously selling and buying a new home proved to be extremely challenging. Thanks to John and his never ending commitment to customer satisfaction, our journey ended on a very positive note. John’s attention to detail, his immediate availability, his willingness to listen, his patience and his overall willingness to ‘go the extra mile’ were all instrumental in both the sale and purchase of our homes.
