Prior to obtaining my Real Estate License, I worked in the Real Estate Industry as an Office Manager, Marketing Director and Administrative Assistant. This experience made it easy for me to transition into a Realtor.
I began my real estate career working the front desk at a Real Estate office progressing into such positions as relocation and referral department ultimately ending in lead management. After successfully working with there I transitioned to an Independent Brokerage which was a small two person agency. This gave me the opportunity to put operational efficiencies and strategies in place. By directing marketing, and community involvement to help turn the firm into a now multiple agent site, which in turn has led it to a profitable community based real estate agency. In 2008, I earned my Texas Broker's Licence just prior to my 30th birthday.
I have been a successful business woman; however my biggest achievement took place in December 1999 when I gave birth to my first of two children Chase Seabolt. My second son Cayden was born two years later in December 2001.
I have also been actively involved with The Dallas Metro East Chapter Women's Council of Realtors. With WCR, I have chaired numerous committees, won numerous awards and helped coordinate state events. I have assisted local presidents along with state and national officers. In 2008, I served as Local Chapter President. I am currently Texas District Vice President for 2009.
As you can see, I have been involved in many different organizations. I understand that it takes many people to come together to get a job done. That same principle is repeated time and time again throughout my life. It could be an organization fund raiser, vacation bible school or buying a home...everyone must work together and give 110% for a great outcome.
I specialize in first time home buyers. I feel very strong that everyone should have the opportunity to own a piece of America.
