| Spencer Smith was superb throughout the entire negotiation process. We were dealing with a seller and her agent that were quite difficult to pin down and who presented a moving target. | I worked with Spencer Smith to locate and buy a rental property in Sacramento. Many issues came up during the inspection and escrow period and Spencer was very helpful with guiding me through the process and helping me determine the best solutions to the problems. He really went to bat for me when the seller asked me to pay for some unreasonable costs. Spencer also got his hands dirty and helped me clean up after squatters when they were discovered in the home just prior to the inspections. Overall the experience was a very good one because of Spencer's knowledge in the home buying process and his flexibility when it came to looking at properties, signing paperwork, etc. During the process I always felt that Spencer had my best interest in mind. I would certainly recommend Spencer to other buyers, and I intend on using him for my next rental property. |

| Spencer was phenomenal! He was realistic and honest about the current housing market, he was available when we needed him, and very responsive to phone calls and texts when we had concerns or questions. He was very helpful in choosing homes in areas that we were interested in, and he took the time to show us properties in locations that we would not typically be interested in so that we could understand the neighborhoods and housing developments in the Roseville, Rocklin, and Auburn areas. He is without a doubt excellent in what he does and will take care of any future homeowner from beginning to end! |
