I have lived in California most of my life, and have lived in and owned real estate for over 20 years in Roseville, CA which I love! For me, personally, I think it is the best place to grow roses (not to mention hydrangeas and gardenias), a great place for boomers and seniors (I LOVE the larger street signs you find all over Roseville, not to mention plenty of great houses for aging in place and multigenerational options - both in traditional neighborhoods and over-55 golf and retirement communities), and a terrific town with great neighborhoods and neighborhood associations, for which I am a proud volunteer.
With over 11 years real estate experience I love sharing great tips, handy tools, and useful info about our city and about our awesome 55+ retirement communities in Roseville Rocklin and Lincoln CA.
