As a Colorado native I have grown up both personally and professionally in this area. I have learned the in's and out's of West Metro Denver through years of community involvement. My goal is to develop life long relationships with my clients. I will not disappear after closing day. I view my job as taking the overwhelming process of buying or selling your home and making sure that you are comfortable through the whole process. | Mike helped us buy our first home and we could not have had a better person to guide us along the way. We had many questions throughout the process and he was very willing to answer all of them. It was a very competitive market and he was excellent at getting us showings on homes in a timely manner. He helped us to prepare so that when we saw a house we wanted to put an offer on, we were ready to go with a strong offer. We were very particular with the house we wanted to buy and he was very patient with us and never pushed us in to moving on a house that we did not want. When we did find the house we wanted, he helped us to put out our strongest offer to compete with a couple others to get the house. When our offer was accepted, we made sure we were able to get everything done for the final closing. He personally showed up for our closing and even gave us a nice and thoughtful house warming gift. | I was a first time home buyer and Michael Olson made this process easy and understandable. He valued my opinions and worked with me so we could find a property that I was both comfortable, and happy in. He took the time to explain each step of the process and answered my numerous emails with professionalism and always in a timely manner. | Mike listed and sold my elderly parents' home and handled everything very effectively. He was especially kind in carefully helping my parents understand the details of the process. He was very good guiding me through the twists and turns of inspections and logistics to make the corrections needed for a very successful negotiation with the buyers. | Mike was great to work with. He helped me from beginning to end, from aiding me with my search criteria and resources to coordinating the inspections and all the follow-up work to be done. He was very patient as we looked at many properties and even put some offers on others.
