Hello, my name is Suzy Morris and my primary base of operations is Coastal North County San Diego.  This includes the beautiful cities of Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Rancho Santa Fe and San Elijo Hills.  I also specialize in La Costa Valley and all neighborhoods in South Carlsbad.

I was first licensed in the state of California back in 1988, before I moved to Washington, DC to finish college and pursue a career in public affairs. I moved back to California in 2005 and decided to work again in real estate because I love the industry.
