My name is Susan, I have been helping sellers and buyers in Monterey County since 1990. I grew up on the Monterey Peninsula and have lived along HWY 68 (Scenic area between Monterey & Salinas, famous for the writer John Steinbeck) for the past 20 years. One of the things that sets me apart from most Realtors is my interest and ability to study real estate trends. This is a critical part of selling or buying.
