Susan Cunningham's passion for customer service began in 1985 at her first job as a food server in a small town American diner in the Midwest. She didn't know at that time just how much she would learn about people as she learned how to waitress. Shadowing a few "career" waitresses, Susan learned the art of reading people within seconds of approaching their table. Equally important, she learned how to serve each dinner party based on their personality, their mood that evening, and their desired dining experience. Yes, you really can determine that within seconds of meeting them if you pay attention. That was a win-win. The customers enjoyed "outstanding service," and Susan enjoyed big tips.

After college, Susan moved to Phoenix and obtained her Arizona Real Esate License. She began working in property management, leasing and managing luxury apartment communities. It was in those five years that she really polished her skills in theArt of Customer Service, saying "There is something about working with people where they live. They're more touchy about everything, but so much more appreciative when they feel well cared for." A former Resident says to this day that she and her husband stayed in that apartment much longer than any other (leaving only to become homeowners). They stayed not because of the apartment (it was tiny) nor the location (somewhat undesirable) but because of Susan's "knock your socks off" service.

While Susan loved her residents, staff and property, in the interest of better earning potential she left to pursue a real estate career and soon became a "Top Producer" as a residential REALTOR®, specializing with First Time Home Buyers. She thoroughly enjoyed walking Buyers through the process of purchasing their first home. And her efforts were rewarded repeat client & referral business (no advertising!) in her third year.

In 2001 her preferred Escrow Officer recruited her as the Marketing Rep for her busy Southeast Valley office. This was a perfect match for Susan's skills and expertise. Hard work and a true passion for delivering outstanding customer service made her the company's top performing Marketing Rep; consistently earning the monthly "Most New Business" award. She was promoted in 2003 to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, giving her the creative license to conceptualize many innovative marketing strategies geared to the company's target audiences. She assembled a top notch sales and marketing team to implement those concepts with great success. That company was voted #1 in "Ranking Arizona" Magazine the last two years Susan held the VP position.

In May, 2010 Susan couldn't resist the opportunity to once again serve the Real Estate community as a Title Rep in North Scottsdale. Since then, Susan has been building her client base by providing Facebook Workshops, Marketing Strategy Sessions as well as numerous other training sessions to help the Agents/Lenders increase their success.
