I am a new agent recently retired as a head of guidance at a large high school in Toronto. I am sure going through a steep learning curve and what a time to do it. Certainly my last job has benefited me in my 2nd career as a real estate agent in many ways as a listener, communicator, negotiator and life long learner. Fortunately I am a stong believer in education and have taken many excellent courses with TREB and spend many hours with the other office agents. You have to start somewhere and everyone out there started exactly where I am now.
