Holly Hamilton is the Director of Operations and Marketing at Olde Dartmouth Sotheby's International Realty. She is in charge of a firm's marketing resources and is responsible for influencing the level, timing, and composition of customer demand that will achieve the utmost success. She is a talented graphic designer and uses this trait in many handmade marketing materials and presentations. She is in charge of all training, computer skills and keeps all the agents technology savvy.

Certifications

Holly is the communication hub of the office and proficent in over 50 computer programs, leading to a state-of-art marketing strategy, development of achievable economic business and execution of an aggressive project plan. The resulting products consist of effective sales and marketing communications, team building and mentoring. Ms. Mendonsa has sat on panels with fellow Sotheby's International Realty Marketing Directors discussing the approach to Global Marketing. Holly's print design has been featured in the national and global publications such as: Robb Report, Distinctive Homes, Real Estate Portfolio of Homes, Wall Street Journal, Rhode Island Living and many more. Holly has been the Office Manager of Olde Dartmouth Sotheby's International Realty since 2003 and holds real estate licenses in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island. She currently lives in Newport with her husband Andrew and enjoys gardening, swimming, photography and boating. She is a member of the New Bedford Chamber of Commerce, The National Association of Realtors and The Massachusetts Association of Realtors . Holly's education is based around European History as well as Cultural and Historic Preservation, which is key in marketing historic and antique homes. She is a former project researcher at the Irish Museum of Newport History and is an member of the Alpha-Kappa-Omega chapter of the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society.
