My background in Real Estate began in 1999 in New Home Sales with a local builder. After 8 years, I began my career in Resale. This gives me a great perspective of buyers and sellers from first-timers to move-up clients. Because of my experience in building new communities, I have knowledge of local cities current pricing, schools, crime rates and building trends.
My husband and I are raising our child in Lodi. We are active in the community, charities, school and church. We love the wine events in Lodi, water sports and snow skiing.
Since I was born in Stockton and worked in New Homes for so many years, my knowledge is vast in areas from Manteca, Oakdale, Patterson, Stockton, Lodi and Elk Grove. I have sold over 600 homes in my 15 years of real estate.
I also lived in Santa Cruz/Capitola for 10 years. I have a home office at the beach. I have maintained many business relationships in Santa Cruz County. My specialty is to locate a beach property or investment for Central Valley residents. I will give them the best service possible from start to finish.
