I fit those criteria, so do many more other agents.  I admit there are a lot of other agents who have way more years in the industry, place more ads, master the English language better, and are more personable than I. But few of them are as accountable. As a fairly new comer (over 5 years) in the business, I contribute the secret of my success to just that: "accountability/trustworthiness". No matter when it comes to the relationship with my customers, clients, and peers, or the day-to-day business end, you can count on me for my words and actions. Don't you want it to be handled by the agent who is the most accountable /trustworthy?  Proven Track Records - Formally the #1 agent at John L Scott/Shelton, now Broker/Owner of my own real estate office, I have the experience and proven record of successfully bringing buyers and sellers together.  Before opening PING Real Estate in July 2007, I worked 3 years as a full-time agent in John L Scott/Shelton office. I've closed over 60 sides transactions in year 2005.  I made another record year of over 50 sides transactions Year 2006. No.1 selling and listing agent at John L Scott in Mason County in Year 2005 & 2006. Awarded John L Scott President's Elite Award of 2006 & 2005, and Emerald Award for only half year service in 2004.  With the slower real estate market since last year, I have still made impressive listing and sales volumes. Over 90% of my business comes from referrals and repeated clients. Quick response and Personal Service Every Single Time - Whenever you call, your phone calls won't go to a switchboard, or be answered by a secretary, or be shuffled to any agent who happens to be doing floor time at that particular time of the day. I built my website from scratch, and I design and control all aspects of my website.  Being the owner/broker of my own real estate company, I have total control of marketing your property. My office is open from Monday to Saturday but I also work on weekends, nights and holidays by appointments- anything less and you'd be short changed.
