My name is Eddy Strautmanis, I am 20 years old. I am young in this business, and proud of it. I have the want and desire to find the anwsers to questions I do not know. I have been licensed since August of 2008. I started at Shorewest Realtors, but made the switch to RE/MAX for many reasons. I have teamed up with my mom, and RE/MAX offered the best team package. RE/MAX also had the tools, technology, and support I needed to accelerate my career. I love what I do, there is no other way to put it. I offer a service that makes dreams come true, how much better could it get? I have never had two days that are the same, and hat is the drive that gets me up in the morning. I have also not had two deals that are the same. Every day, person, and situation is different, and I love it.
Being the age I am, I have worked a good amount with first time home buyers. I can give them the sense of trust they need to complete their transaction. I understand that their first home purchase is a big decision, and it can get overwhelming at times. No need to worry, I am here to help.
I also work with upper end homes. This is mainly due to the contacts that I have established through my Mom. I have dealt with many large transactions, so I know what it takes to list and sell an upper end home.
