My background includes loan service, loan origination, loan administration, title insurance sales, real estate sales and sales management as well as appraisal.
Degrees include a BA in Real Estate Finance, and a MS in Real Estate Appraisal. Credentials include the MAI and SRA designations, and a Certified General Appraisal License.
Appraisal experience includes raw land from open space, consevation, mitigation and development lands to estate homes, apartments, retail, office, industrial and agricultural.
Much of my regular work is in the Low Desert area of Riverside County, the High Desert area of San Bernardino County along with the Mountain Resorts.
My litigation work has taken me throughout the State and has included civil as well as criminal cases. This has included everything from Specific Performance, to Identity Theft, to Predatory Lending and Mortgage Fraud, Appraisal Fraud and Professional Liability cases.
