I'm Stephanie Hofman, and I help my clients buy, sell and rent real estate in Highland Park, Deerfield, Glencoe, Glenview, Lake Forest, and Lake Bluff, IL. I was born and raised in Highland Park, IL and attended Highland Park High School, Brandeis University (undergrad) and Northwestern University (master's degree)
I currently live in Highland Park with my husband, our two children and two Alaskan Malamutes. The many years I have spent in Highland Park and on the North Shore of Chicago have given me an intimate knowledge of the area: it's schools, parks and other amenities and attractions.
My foundation for real estate began with many years as an advertising account executive and pharmaceutial sales rep, honing my client service skills and learning the importance of a completely client-centric relationship.
In 2009, after being at home with my two children for 10 years and spending a lot of time doing volunteer fundraising, I decided to follow my passion and get into residential real estate sales. I joined Coldwell Banker in 2009, and that year, I was awarded the Rookie of the Year designation. In 2010 I was featured in a Realtor Magazine Online article.
In 2010, I sold my own home and purchased a new one. These invaluable experiences enable me to related to my clients on a level most other agents can't.
I bring to my business 15 years experience in client service and sales, combined with a passion for residential real estate. The cornerstone of my business is exemplary client service.
