Decisions. We face them evey day in our lives and buying or selling a home is one of the biggies. It is not just the decision of location and price in buying a home, it is also the emotional aspect of change. Add to that the "what if" factor and the decision machine goes into overdrive. As a Real Estate Agent, I feel that it is my job to help buyers see beyond the "what ifs" and focus on what is.
