| Ben did a great job staging and marketing my house. Whenever I would look at other houses on the MLS, I was always amazed how much better the pictures and virtual tour of my house looked compared to what other agents were putting up for their clients. When prospective buyers showed interest, Ben was relentless in tracking them down, getting their questions answered, and selling them on the strengths of my house as compared to the other properties they were considering.
