I have been staging homes for over 13 years My portfolio of work includes model homes for builders, spec homes, vacants and occupied homes. I work with homeowners, investors, agents, builders and flippers. In February 2012, I was awarded 2012 RESA Rookie of the Year- United States in early February at the RESA National Conference in Las Vegas. Thanks to television, magazines and the internet, today's home buyers have come to demand certain expectations. It is my responsibilty to meet and exceed those demands and to showcase the property to it's fullest potential. I actually do research on the demographics of the listings to make sure that my designs are geared to my "targeted buyer".
