Staged Right's speciality is staging of vacant properties for real estate investors to enhance and support the desired price point for the property and to shorten the sell time.  Our primary clients are homes in the mid- to high- price brackets in the Colorado Springs and surrounding areas (including but not limited to the Broadmoor, Monument, Pine Creek, Briargate, Meridian Ranch, Rockrimmon).  Our successful approach uses contemporary/european style to optimize spaces for appeal to a wide range of buyers.

We also service homeowner sales by offering pre-listing consutations with recommended staging advice.  Our advice includes suggested placement and removal of items in the home as well as the addition of key items to enhance the overall feel of the space.  Suggested key items can either be purchased directly by the homeowner, or be provided by Staged Right from our own inventory.
