Besides selling Real Estate, I'm very active in the animal rescue community. I volunteer with many local groups and focus on TNR - trap, neuter, return of community cats, and fostering cats and kittens that are pulled from the street life.

|This is now the third real estate transaction that my wife and I have had with Stacey. Stacey also negotiated us to rent back, so we did not have to move into a temporary location until our new home was finished. The timing of everything could not have been any more perfect. We closed on the sale of our 1st home just about 2 weeks before we closed on our new home. She got all the documents over to our new mortgage lender to free up our VA Loan and we were able to close on time. We are now living in our new dream home. We appreciate the great work that she has done throughout all 3 transactions. As a 1st time home buyer, as a 1st time home seller, and as a 2nd time home buyer. |Stacey did an incredible job helping us sell our house in 4 days and buy another house with a 14 day contingency. She was patient, guided us, and gave us great direction on what to do to sell our home as well as gave us her expert opinion on what the best strategy would be to purchase a new one. I told her I wanted to list my house immediately and have an open house by the weekend. |Selling with Stacey made the entire process very easy. I live out of town and had to rely on her to assess the place, find the people to fix some major aspects of my condo. She got the best people who charged a fair price and they made my condo look as good as new. I even staged it after she consulted 3 different companies and they did a terrific job. |I had a great experience with Stacey. I showed up in Washington DC and only had 2 days before I had to fly home to find a place. I initially showed up looking for places in one part of DC and abruptly changed my mind halfway through the process. Stacey had no qualms acting on the fly and setting up a new list of potential apartments during lunch.
