My name is Steve Phares and I have been originating both residential and commercial loans for 23 years now and consider myself and expert especially in FHA as well as construction and rehab loans. I have a full understanding of how to structure loans in order to manage the expectations of all my clients. I am also a branch manager of Ivy League Mortgage which is a division of American Home Bank a FDIC insured, nationally chartered mortgage bank. I am looking for other pros in the business to earn higher than normal commissions as well receive the service they deserve. We have both in-house processing and underwriting. We offer conventional, FHA, VA, construction to perm, Rehab to perm, Reverse loans and some portfolio products. We can originate in all 50 states. I have some commercial investors that think outside the box and can be used to get the more difficult deals done.
