Gerald Rauch - Licensed Realtor, Land Developer and Class A General Engineering Contractor - I have been a builder for over 25 years and have experience in construction of residential buildings, commercial buildings, underground parking structures and more.

I have been a Real Estate Agent for 10 years and recently obtained my California Real Estate Broker License. I am invloved in Develoment of land and have an engineering license as well.

I enjoy working with investors who want to purchase investment property at low prices and sell when the Market imporves. This is a regular cycle in California and I have been a successful investor of Real Estate and know all of the best ways to invest in the right properties at the right time.

I have experience in all phase of development, including land mapping.
My knowledge also extends to commercial lending. I am currently working on several projects, some for myself and some for clients. I assist my clients in putting together a package to present to investors for their consideration. I have a very large database of lenders that do commercial lending.

Since I have a general engineering license I naturally interact with engineers, city and county planners, and all other departments at the City and County levels. Such as, storm drain management and fire and safety.

My abilities are unique as they take in the whole project from the initial planning, through to the final funding and finally the sale of the project.
