We check everything. The inspection will take approximately three hours or more. We leave when we have checked everything and noted it in your inspection report. That is the only way to be thorough. We take digital photos for reference, and write your report on site.

Follow Up report for Your attorney

The digital photos are inserted in a typed summary and emailed to your attorney at your request. We cover ALL of the bases. The photos are clear, and numerous, so everything is clearly delineated for you and your attorney.It is of prime importance your attorney receives the facts prior to you signing the contracts.
