What it does accomplish is that the lender agrees not to seek any further monies, and it positions the homeowner to be eligible for a mortgage in 2 years instead of 5.We depend on Realtors to bring us these opportunities. In return we not only purchase the home through them the first time, but we also re-list the property with them.Obviously there is opportunity for Southern Preforeclosures to make a return on our investment, but this can be accomplished and be as much of a win for all parties involved as possible.
