I am proud to introduce a "Virtual Management System" called SMART Transactional Management (STM), and our target demographic is Residential and Commercial Real Estate Companies, Construction/Builders, Title Companies and Mortgage companies. We have developed a web based, management system, that tracks and manages transactions from start to finish, so that our clients have the ability to build their businesses and client base rather than having to micromanage their current business. As the transaction progresses, STM sends email updates to the realtor and all parties of the transaction. Each transaction can be viewed on our website as well, and allows our clients to go 100% paperless!
