Before getting into real estate, I was a Jeep/General Motors auto technician.  I held several certifications from GM's training classes including advanced electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.    After losing my personal house to a fire and rebuilding it myself I decided that I enjoyed home building more than auto repair.  I started an LLC and began building spec homes.  I watched the realtors selling and I was very interested in the sales end of the business.  I received my REALTOR's license in February of 2004 and finished up my construction work and went full time at real estate.  

I learned a lot about problem solving during my years as an auto tech.  I now use this to my advantage when selling real estate.  Instead of just finding a problem, I find a solution for my customers.  Having learned hands on about the construction business through trial and error I can also help with ideas on how to make a house a home.  If a client doesn't like a certain detail about the house I can give them a direction to go in to give it their own personal touch.  

I have worked with property investors from selling a multi unit apartment complex to selling partially finished subdivisions.  I love to sell unlisted properties, and usually have a few pocket listings floating around if you need some.   I'm comfortable selling anything and try to find a positive side to any deal I am involved in.  I am all about learning anything new about this business to make it easier and more profitable for me and my customers.  Currently I am pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Management through Regis University.
