I am a real estate broker licensed in Texas. I was the first agent in El Paso to earn the e-Pro certification, a training program promoted by the National Association of REALTORS® to improve internet and email proficiency. I am approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission as an instructor of core real estate courses and Mandatory Continuing Education courses. I teach regularly at the Academy of Real Estate in El Paso, TX.
I am an active member of both the Greater El Paso Association of REALTORS® (GEPAR), and the Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR). I was the President of the GEPAR MLS Board of Directors (2011-2012). I served as the Regional Vice President for Region 16 at the Texas Association of REALTORS® from 2012-2015. I currently serve as the Political Involvement Council Representative for Region 16. I am approved as an instructor for the Texas Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Training and Graduate REALTOR® Institute Courses (GRI), and sit on the TAR Professional Standards Committee.
I am a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC).
In addition to the e-Pro certification I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), an Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager (ABRM), and a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI). I hold the At Home With Diversity, Residential Constuction Certified, and Certified New Home Sales Specialist certifications. I also hold the National Association of REALTORs® Green Designation.
