| Steve was extremely helpful time and time again as we searched for our perfect house for over 1.5 years! He must have showed us 30 houses with a smile on his face every time. Then when the house we offered on failed an engineer inspection, Steve saved the deal by negotiating with the sellers to make all foundation repairs. Then when US Bank decided to decline my loan (1 DAY AFTER THE CLOSING DATE!), Steve rescued us again with his close contacts at Mortgage Express! My kids love Steve, we love Steve and his entire team as they processed addendum after addendum through this very complicated purchase process. |

| Steve Roeash assisted me in a rental purchase in liason with 'Northpoint' in the McMinnville area. The process was clinical. Everything was set up for me as outlined in the contract I had. I spent one day with Steve touring properties and once a unit was found he handled everything in a timely professional manner. I also purchased a second property in Atlanta when Steve was a part of a partnership with Southcrest Properties, again in liason with 'Northpoint'.
