My commitment to my clients is "exceeding expectations," and that is what I aim to do for each client I serve and each agent I coach and mentor. I didn't come up with the idea; one of my clients - a buyer I worked with early in my career, wrote me a letter and said that I exceeded her expectations. My first thought was, "That's what I want to do every time!" and so the idea stuck.
I manage an office just outside of Minneapolis, and I sell throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. I also work with a large referral base of agents if you have a real estate need beyond my area of geographic expertise.
