Scottsdale, AZ, Associate Broker, Vicky Kimling has served the real estate needs of others for over thirty years. She received her real estate License in 1979. Founded and operated her own successful real estate brokerage firm, Kimling Enterprises, Ltd from 1984 to spring 2011. As the Designated Broker of Kimling Enterprises, Ltd she earned many distinctions within the New Home Construction and Residential Real Estate industries. In 1999 she received the Presidents Roundtable Lifetime Member award from the Phoenix Association of Realtors for achievement as a top producer the five consecutive years prior. Vicky presently serves as an Ombudsman representative to the AZ Association Ethics committee. In 1988 she completed the Certified Real Estate Appraisers classes. She has served on a variety of Homeowners Association Boards and Architectural control committees and review boards.

I returned to Scottsdale Arizona in 1996 with my husband after being away for 25 years during his military career. We returned as empty nesters because our three sons are grown and raising our four grandchildren now. We built our home in North Scottsdale Arizona and decided to stay for good. Scottsdale Arizona became our city of choice because of the beauty mountain range and views as far as your eyes can see. She started her real estate career 26 years ago in Northern California while her husband was stationed at Travis, AFB. Interest rates were at 16% in those days! Her clients know her as the agent that doesn't always tell them what they want to hear, but she always tell them what they need to know. Educating the client is at the top of my list of priorities.

Working in the Corporate World of the Relocation Business for over 2 years I have gained experience is moving families all over the country. Sherry has her certification as a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
