After 10 years of doing ONLY traditional mortgage loans, I decided to specialize and become an expert in offering Renovation Financing to my community in 2008. Since that time I have been able to help hundreds of clients finance renovation projects; the projects have ranged from as little as a $2,000 appliance upgrade to an $800,000 full tear down / rebuild project in Palo Alto, Ca. I find so much joy in helping my clients leverage these loans to to build equity and create the Home they have spent their life building in their head.
