I specialize in helping people find what they like in their new home. I've shown, sold and listed a lot of house in the last 11 years and only have a few regrets with how things turned out. This might sound simple, but I don't want my clients buying something that I know will be a Re-sale problem in the future. Fresh paint and carpet with a cookies and cream appearance might look good on the outside, but dig a little deeper and you might find a little surprise - buyer beware.

I have been fortunate in being able to help families move in from all over the country and the World. I think South Africa was the furthest any of my clients have come to buy a home.

Since I have worked with so many buyers over the years I have a keen sense in what it takes to get a house sold. You need a marketing plan that shows the house in as many different lights as possible. Before getting into the Real Estate business I partnered with two others in a Web design and marketing company. I know how to get a home noticed on the Internet. I also have had the opportunity to be around a number of really great Realtors over the years - there is a reason you see so many RE/MAX signs in the front lawns.
