Studies have shown, homes that are staged sell in the half the time an un-staged home is for sale and the staged homes sells for over 6% more than the un-staged home. Not bad information and sometimes all it requires is decluttering a home, rearranging furniture and accessorizing.

  Ben and Shelly's  active lifestyle has always kept them living near water. Most days they find time to go paddle boarding in the ocean or ride their bikes through town to enjoy a healthy and happy life here on the coast. They have had opportunities and seized them to live in other coastal areas such as The British Virgin Islands; Florida and Maui, Hawaii but the Central Coast has always been their home.  Shelly is a graduate of Paso Robles High School and has studied business and interior design at Cuesta College and Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.   She began her career in the retail floral industry traveling all over the state of California and U.S. working for a large supermarket company.   Her passion of design lead her to the world of real estate where she obtained her license and now enjoys working with buyers and sellers.  With always an eye for style, Shelly, an award winning designer worked in the past for Shea Homes, the top private homebuilder in the U.S., recognized by J.D. Powers for excellence.  Shelly is a member of the California, National, and Pismo Coast Association of Realtors and is Property Management Certified.   The Wagners live only blocks from the beach with their two felines Boris and Max.  They enjoy hiking, biking, spear fish diving, boating, cooking, camping and travel.  Pretty much, all things outdoors and they love to garden.  They are active with volunteering with the youth of their community and their involvement with New Life Community Church.
