When looking for a Real Estate Agent you have to take the time to find the right fit for you.  You want an agent who is interested in your needs:  the timeframe you have, your financial needs, understanding your goal, leading you through the process to avoid unneeded stress and anxiety.  You have to find the right fit, not just any agent will do!

I am a resident of Maury County with extensive knowledge of the local market, including Williamson, Hickman, Lewis, Perry, Wayne, Giles, Dickson and Lawrence Counties.  I live here and work here.  I have a large network of resources and contacts available to me to help you achieve your goal in an acceptable timeframe. 

Any agent can have you search their website for available properties but is that enough for you?  It wouldn't be for me.  I would want someone to help me find the right neighborhood for me.  Whether your need be based on schools, your commute to work, country setting or in town, I can help you find the right fit for you! 

Any agent can put a sign in your yard and list you on the MLS.  Is that enough for you?  It wouldn't be for me.  I would want someone to market my home and keep me informed of the showings and feedback.  I am willing to do both!

Don't hire an agent who will let you down.  Hire a professional to guide you through!
