I obtained my employing broker's license in 1997, but have been in the industry since 1988. I am now the broker/owner of MainStreet Properties llc with my partner, Roberta Hutchings. Although we are a full-service brokerage, we have added Short Sales as a niche service. There is a real need for professionalism in this area of real estate. I am a certified occupational instructor in the area of real estate, and teach pre-licensing and continuing education classes. I was an instructor for Kaplan, A. J. Education, and Armbrust Real Estate Institute. I am currently certified with Peak Real Estate College.
In 1998, I received a degree in Paralegal from Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, CO.
