Born in Baltimore City, my family moved to Joppa when I was young.  I was educated in the local school system and am familiar with many of the schools in the area.  I received a BA degree from Loyola College (now Loyola University Maryland) in Business Administration-Accounting and an MA in Administration and Supervision from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland (now Notre Dame University Maryland).  As an educator of 15 years, I understand the importance of training and technology and its role in any profession.  My goal is to make each real estate experience as simple as possible for all parties involved.  I enjoy working with people and helping them achieve their goals.  Experience, support and training are why I, Shawn Kerr, chose to affiliate with Exit Preferred Realty.
