I have been in real estate since 2002. I have been buying and selling investment properties of my own over the years, and know what it's like from both sides. I have been working on short sales before they were so common, and I can use that experience to help buyer find the best deals, and sellers find solutions they didn't even know was possible.
I specialize in short sales, on the buyer and seller side of the equation. Industry wide, the percentage of short sale success stories is only around 25%, but my personal success rate is around 90%. I can perform at that level because I've been in real estate since 2002, and been doing short sales since then as well.
