First let me start off by saying that although I am proud of it, I won’t bore you with the details of my resume. Instead, I’ll explain how I work as an agent and what I feel makes me stand out from other realtors.
Having sold over 450 properties since becoming a Realtor, I have found that by intently listening to my customers and identifying their wants and needs, I am able to provide the absolute best service possible. I truly care about each and every buyer or seller that I work with.
Buying a home is most likely the largest purchase that you will ever make. There are so many details that most buyers aren’t ready for or even aware of. With over 15 years of experience, I have learned (and probably encountered) almost every situation or scenario that can come up during a sale. Although I do still learn something new quite often! I work hard to ensure a no-pressure, smooth and gratifying process.
As a listing agent, I develop a unique and specific marketing strategy for each property. My main goal is to sell your home quickly while maximizing your investment. I continually educate myself on the newest and most innovative marketing techniques. Most importantly, I don’t make promises that I can’t keep and am always honest in my evaluations and projections.
