With over 25 years in the field, I have the knowledge and perspective of a consummate professional.

I am a residential specialist. I've sold homes when interest rates were 18-20% and we had several years' worth of inventory on the market. I helped my sellers stage their homes before "staging" even had a name. Since the evolution of the Internet, marketing properties to the over 85% of Washington consumers who shop there, I have used my marketing and staging skills to strategically present my properties in ways that are appealing and frequently refreshed.

I was one of Washington's very first Buyer's agents, and I'm very focussed in helping my clients achieve their goals. I work diligently to keep my clients apprised of what is available, keep them updated on current market and mortgage trends, and educated about the entire buying process. A knowledgeable buyer is a smart buyer, and smart buyers make good choices. Never has there been a time when this was more critical than it is right now.
