| I give the Shannon Jones team my highest recommendation! From the second I met Shannon and her husband, I knew they were the professionals I wanted to represent me in my home sale. Shannon and her husband showed up to our listing appointment with a professionalism and graciousness I warmed up to immediately. Not only are they knowledgeable, you can tell they honestly care about their clients and are committed to providing a smooth and stress free transaction. My partner and I were going through a difficult separation and they made a stressful situation very manageable. They got our flyer completed almost immediately after listing and the showings started occurring within one day. They hosted two open houses and we had multiple offers within the first week. This market really was not in our favor and she really helped weed out the bad stuff and got us in our home that we love! | We LOVE Shannon Jones! Shannon and her team made our second home buying experience perfect from start to finish. My husband and I wanted to sell our current home and upgrade to a bigger home in a more family friendly neighborhood, but just weren't certain if we'd be able to swing it. | It was a truly great experience purchasing my home with the Shannon Jones Team. Shannon is an extremely talented professional. You almost don't feel like you are buying a home because every detail about the purchase is being managed and cared for by Shannon and her team. It was a truly smooth experience. Shannon is someone you can depend on. She has a high level of professional integrity and is very loyal in representing the best interests of her clients. If you truly want a particular house that you see listed, the chances of an accepted offer is very high with Shannon's guidance. In my experience, Shannon develops a very positive rapport with the listing agents. In the two purchases that I engaged in with Shannon, the sellers in each case selected my offer. | Shannon and her team helped us sell our home as well as purchase our current home. As first time sellers, we did everything to get our house ready to sell and Shannon was helpful in her suggestions on improvements that would garner the best return on investment. Our house was marketed so effectively, that we had 14 offers and were in escrow after 6 days! Shannon and her team were always responsive and quick to answer any questions we had via phone, fax, email or text. All communication lines covered! For our purchase, she and her team were able to navigate the tricky process of a short sale and gave us status updates as progress was made. She made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. | Hiring a Real Estate Agent is NOT the time to find the "wrong person for a job"! I'm taking this time to endorse Shannon and her team because I have had a unique vantage point. I have done business with her for well over a decade, and have been in the Real Estate business on various levels for over 18 years. Now, I'm a full time investor / landlord, and STILL a client of the Shannon Jones Team. For most of us, buying a home is the largest investment we will ever make. This is the biggest reason to find the right person. Therefore (as a full time investor) I recommend NOT working with your hairdresser, coworker, or some acquaintance just because they have a Real Estate license and do it on the side; I'd find the Agent that knows the most about the investment you are about to make. If you hire Shannon, you'll find yourself calm in what can be a nerve racking experience. Shannon is experienced, professional & is honest.
