i am a relative newcomer to the real estate business. I have only been in the business for eight years. Each year I have grown, taking the time to educate myself, GRI,ABR,& associate broker. I've learned by mistakes and continue to grow each year. I am in the top 10% in my area and live off of my successes and referrals from past clients.
My true strength with clients is that I am there through the whole transaction, from start to finish. I find that we, the realtors do not educate our custoners and clients enough about what we all really do. I believe that my clients appreciate the care that I give to every transaction.
The Hudson Valley, especially the Warwick area is my specialty. I work with higher end properties including horse farms. I also work with antique homes and restoration projects. My clients vary from the first time buyer, police and firemen, to the person who wants that special property.
I find, no matter where my client is from, I listen to their needs and dreams. It is my job to make the dream a reality within their budget.
