· Education Committee Chair 2007, 2008, 2013, Vice Chair 2012, Chair 2013 (member since 2004): Provide quality education programs to members on varying topics, including ethics, agency laws, environmental issues, professional skills development, and fair housing and business practices. Responsible for organizing monthly events that involve short seminars on issues, such as, short sales, riparian rights, credit repair, mortgages, and business planning. Responsible for scheduling guest speakers.
· Senior Association Outreach Committee, 2004-present: Establish contacts with the leadership of the Adult Community and Condominium Associations in Ocean County. Enhance, promote, and develop plans to improve communication by disseminating by-laws, and Association concerns. Improve accessibility of Association documents.
