My name is Matthew Haviland. I am a passionate, creative and well organized real estate consultant. I have been working with home buyers and sellers in Atlantic County and making their dreams come true. I work as part of a team of highly trained real estate consultants along side of the experienced professionals of Keller Williams Realty. My purpose is to provide a level of outrageous service that my clients gladly refer the people they care about to me. About Matthew Haviland
Before joining The Haviland Group, Matthew served two local non profit organizations, The Atlantic City Rescue Mission and The Arc of Atlantic County in their development department. Matthew's love of people and desire help other have carried over in his careet with The Haviland Group. Matthew loves helping make people's dreams come true and coming up with solutions for problems. Matthew believes in a win-win negotiation style to ensure that client's needs are met. He is also very thorough and detailed to ensure that The Haviland Group's transactions run smoothly and on time. Matthew loves music and has recorded his own songs as a bass player and singer. You may also find him at the beach, playing volleyball, or biking. In November of 2007 Matthew married Katrina Kleva of Egg Harbor Township. Matthew is also a proud uncle of two nieces and two nephews: Bridget, Shannon, DJ, and Griffin. I love doing whatever it takes to to exceed the expectations of our clients and help make their dreams come true. I especially enjoy getting to know our clients, many of whom have become personal friends over the years.
