| Sherri Cook and her partner Sandi Maughon have sold several homes for me. The first one was in Loganville when my husband and I were wanting to relocate to Oconee County. They were very professional with staging tips and pricing our house. We got a very good price for the house in Loganville and were able to build our house in Oconee county. Unfortunately, I got a divorce and had to purchase another home in Monroe. I was a complete basket case but they found me a short sale that went so smooth. I can not say enough positive things about their professionalism. They both respond very fast with all my questions and made me feel at ease with the entire process. | I purchased my first home and did not know much of anything Sherri was very knowledgeable,she understood and listened to what I wanted in a home and went beyond to help me in every step of the way . very kind and positive ....I would use her again in a heart beat .... |

| I worked with Mrs. Cook from 2000 until my retirement in 2007. My position was CFO, and part of my duties was to attend every closing representing our company. Sherri headed our marketing group My view is that closings are not a place for surprises, and Sherri and her staff ensured buyers left the table feeling positive, knowing their new home held no "surprises", and empowered with a positive process of the once frightening process of real estate transactions. Her professionalism and customer satisfaction is ever-present, and her tireless effort always paved the way for her going the extra mile. While result driven, her customer relationships always proved exceptional She is so impressive, I am proud to say she listed and quickly sold my primary house.
