I am a third generation REALTOR. I guess that you can say that I grew up around real-estate. I would sit around the dinner table as a kid listening to the stories about different buyers and sellers. Fast forward a handful of years and I found myself with my first real-estate license in Texas. I remember selecting my first real-estate company. I had completed my last real estate class and passed my test and was waiting for my license to be approved. I thought that I would go to the local book store and find a book on how to actually sell real-estate. The first book that I picked up was a bright red book by this guy named Gary Keller. I joined one of the greatest real-estate movements at that time.
I moved to northern Idaho in late 2008 and built my own house. I parked my license with a smaller company but realized that I had moved backwards instead of forwards with my career. In early 2010 I completed my Washington license and connected once again with Keller Williams ... this time in Spokane, and then joined the Coeur d'Alene Keller Williams in late June. Good to be back where I belong!
I have completed over 100 transactions in 3 states. When people ask about my multiple licenses I comment that I only have 47 more states to go!
I specialize in helping investors locate and rehab value properties. I am able to identify great deals and work with the specific needs of different investors.
I enjoy helping first time buyers and first time sellers. I approach both buyer and sellers with the attitude of a "teacher," purposing to explain the details of the transaction so that everyone is comfortable as the process moves forward.
I enjoy creative marketing. Each home is a story waiting to be told and I enjoy the challenge of telling that story.
