He has developed a team and system that allows him provide all of his clients with exceptional service. In 2009, after having much success helping his clients buy and sell in the “traditional” market for over 9 years, The Scotchie Cochran Team became a listing broker for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, beating out 450 other applicants statewide.
