Hi there! I just thought I'd let you know a little about me. I have lived in Mid-Missouri all of my life, Moberly, Columbia and Ashland. And while not just living there I have been working around most of the state with the American Red Cross for nearly 10 years prior to venturing into REAL ESTATE. I am a people person. I have been in health care since 1976, YES, but don't say it, that makes me real OLD! I know this already........
As a single mom I raised two daughters and now am a proud grandmother of two little girls whom I adore. I also put myself back through college getting a associate degree in nursing. I have always worked at least two jobs, now I have 4 jobs and TWO CAREERS!
I have always had an interest in real estate but never thought about it for me until I sold my home on my own. Now I am a FULL TIME REALTOR with House of Brokers.
I am well into my fifth year and getting busier all the time. I doubled my personal goal last year in sales. clap clap clap

I Love to work with first time buyers! I like to see them get excited about their purchase, and I love to educate them about the process of buying a home. Being HONEST, OPEN, EASY GOING, FAIR, EDUCATOR, AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO THEM it brings me joy to work with this particular group of people. However, I will sell a home to the seasoned buyer if I have to! lol, lol, lol Being a graduate of the "Accredited Buyers Representative" course I now have my ABR designation, which gives me extra tools to work with first time buyers.
I SPECIALIZE in residential home sales. I have earned my SRS "Seller Representative Specialist". This gave me extra knowledge in how to market your home and how to draw particular buyers and a lot more......
Most recently I have completed my education for the CRS "Certified Residential Specialist" certificate, only 2% of all REALTORS have earned this degree. So this makes me one of the top in my profession.
