Get to Know Patricia Joy Schenk, M.Ed.
My clients have ranged from those who struggled to get money for a down payment on a home to millionaires who sold estates and moved on to 55+ communities. Not all of my clients were local. Some were out of state buyers and sellers. Others relocated from all over the world, including Brazil, Germany, India, Iran, Ukraine, and Bulgaria. I lived in Canada, England, and Austria so I understand international moves. I have also lived in Illinois, Colorado, and Texas. I have awarded myself a blackbelt in moving!
I have worked with clients who are unable to view properties in person by creating videos of properties and neighborhoods for them to review while half way around the globe.

| When Patricia makes a commitment, her efforts on her client's behalf are not limited by the "letter of the contract." I personally had the benefit of her experience, knowledge, and dedication when she sold my townhouse in Alexandria, VA during a time when the market did not favor the seller. Because I was some distance away, most of the details in preparing the home for sale were taken over by her, to include many that would normally have fallen on me as the owner.
