Manuel Bernal is the Broker/Owner of Sunbelt Realty Services a full service real estate consulting firm located in San Juan Capistrano California. He has been licensed in real estate since 1974. He is a  General Certified Real Estate Appraiser and has been appraising since 1977 (Retired). His background includes: appraisal, financing, construction, banking, brokerage, property management, underwriting and investment. His experience includes ten years with General Electric Mortgage Corporation and seven years with Bank of America. He has been an independent broker since 1995 with his own company, Sunbelt Realty Services. In addition, he is a real estate investor in Southern California real estate with a personal portfolio of investment properties. His educational background includes a degree in Business from Redlands University and a professional designation in investment real estate from UCLA. His industry group membership includes: National Association of Realtors, South Orange County Board of Realtors, Apartment Owners Association and a contributing member of the Southern California Real Estate Research Council at Cal Poly University, Pomona (Retired).
