What I do is pretty simple; at least that's how I make it for my clients. I work with many first time buyers who prefer a no pressure approach.  A lot of my business is done in Toronto and the surrounding GTA.  It involves residential homes, condos, new developments and investment properties.  No matter what type of buyer you are my services are free!   (Typically the seller pays the commission.)As a real estate professional, I am able to provide you with all the facts. Whether a buyer or a seller, my mission is to provide you with ample information so that you have the advantage of making an informed decision. Plus, I am a member of one of the most successful realty offices in the Toronto area, RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., Brokerage.

Certifications

I truly enjoy with working with first time buyers.  So much so that aside from the standard Ontario Real Estate Association course's all agents must take, I've also furthered my education by earning the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. This is particularly helpful when looking for a sales person that can represent your interests as a buyer. These three letters tell you that as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), you will be working with a buyer representative who is committed to your best interests. The ABR Designation is awarded by REBAC to those realtors who have met the specific educational and experiential criteria needed to provide the high level quality service required by REBAC. Regularly I attend real estate educational courses to keep me up to date with the ever changing market.
